| The Liberty Gap Road Show came to Franklin on 21 Feb. (2006) to put on Act II. The commissioners followed the script to the letter. They will be writing to the PSC to declare their endorsement of wind turbines, so it's appropriate for the rest of us to continue writing as well — even though the formal comment period is over. If they can write now, so can we. |
