that the Applicant's April 13, 2006, Motion to Recaption the Proceeding and Revision to Notice of Hearing is granted;
that the April 17, 2006, Motion for Leave to File Additional and Supplemental Direct Testimony of James Barnes and Karen Tyrell, PhD is granted;
that the April 17, 2006, Motion to Modify the April 12, 2006, Order to require Liberty Gap's filing responsive to Siting Rule 3.1.h.3.E to map water wells within only 1/2 mile of turbine sites, and 1,000 feet of the transmission line path, instead of within a 1 miles radius of all facilities is denied;
that Liberty Gap shall file the 1 mile radius mapping of water sources as required by Siting Rule 3.1.h.2.E within 10 days of the date of this Order;
that the FOBPC's May 23, 2006, Motion for an extension of time to file direct and rebuttal testimony is granted;
that Liberty Gap's May 25, 2006, Motion to toll the Statutory Decision Date is granted and the new due date is November 17, 2006; the June 28, 2006, evidentiary hearing is cancelled and a new procedural schedule is adopted; that Intervenors file direct & rebuttal testimony by July 17, 2006;
that Staff's Direct & Rebuttal Testimony is due by 7/28/2006;
that Applicant and Intervenors (except Staff) rebuttal of Staff and cross-rebuttal of other intervenors is due August 4, 2006;
that the evidentiary hearing is changed to August 9 and 10, 2006 at PSC headquarters;
that Initial comments may be filed on or before 9/12/2006;
